I have a new iPhone 14 Pro with current software that can send text messages to Android phones but won’t send MMS (photos, etc.). The images are not too large (I’ve tried sending one instead of several and checked file size to be sure small) and MMS Messaging is turned on. How do I fix this?

By contacting your phone carrier MMS is their feature.
Nothing on the carrier side has changed. Same carrier, same services, and other phones with same carrier - even new iPhone 14 - are not having the issue.
Is that what your phone carrier told you when you contacted them? Again MMS is not an Apple future has always been a phone carrier feature.
