why when i go to settings and on to safari section frequently visited DOESNT come up??? I’m on Iphone XR please help me it’s been annoying bc i press delete on the website that i want to delete from frequently visited but then it just comes straight back please help

Are you saying that you turned frequently visited off and it turns back on or a website you frequent will not stay deleted from the list? Have you thought about turning "frequently visited" off (Open Safari and on the blank home page it should have an edit option towards the bottom.
