Apple’s not going to touch your phone. They offered to sell you a new one.

Having it repaired by an unauthorized party has voided the warranty and forfeited all rights to service by Apple.

Unauthorized repair shops do not have legitimate access to Apple parts. The only “original Apple Parts” he could have gotten his hands on would be salvaged from other presumably damaged/defective iphones or stolen.

Well, the obvious solution is take it back to where you had it "repaired" and have them actually fix it.

If you can't do that, you will have to do what you should have done in the first place and contact Apple Support to see if they will fix it.

You should be aware since you had it repaired by an unauthorized person using non-Apple parts, you have voided your warranty and Apple may refuse to work on it.

Any repair Apple might do you will have to pay for.

Thank you for the detailed reply....

I actually took first to Apple Service Centre but they asked me to pay the same amount of original price when first bought to replace the whole unit, I wonder it's still less than a year but said warrant is voided strange. So I decided to have it repaired by technician dude the guy said parts is original from Apple itself but after one month not charging anymore.
