several apps not working on my apple tv

Last week the Directv stream app stopped working on my apple tv 4k. Directv said it might be a new update on apple tv software. It loads, I can hear the sound of a channel but no image - it freezes after seconds. I tried everything: force quit app, uninstall app, reboot apple tv, etc.

today hbo max and prime video also with a similar issue. Netflix is the only one working. So far.

if this is apple tv issue, fix it ASAP or it will go to the garbage! And never getting one again.
