How to inform you that the pencil I bought last April 03, 2022 was about to lapse the warranty period?

how to extend the warranty period of the pencil I bought last April 03, 2022? I was informed by the mobilecare services phils., inc. representative, Mark Christian Gito, that I need to inform Apple Support that the pencil (1st gen) apple limited warranty will expire on Oct. 16, 2021 that was bought by the dealer from Thailand. I only bought it last April 03, 2022 in Silicon Valley (SM Mall of Asia - Philippines) the problem was the purchase date. I’ve learned this matter when I brought the unit to mobilecare last Sunday, August 14, 2022 due to this reason: intermittent - pencil not pairing issue encountered upon connecting to known good device and customer’s device. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you.

Apple Pencil warranties generally cannot be extended - unless purchased at the same time as an iPad - for which an optional AppleCare+ plan was also purchased.
