Where can I contact Apple to receive the receipt of my Apple Pencil, to verify my one-year warranty, as it arrived with damaged battery and took it to fix but they say it has no warranty anymore? I bought it two weeks ago

You bought it directly from Apple? Your receipt should be in an email from Apple and/or your store receipt.
If you bought it elsewhere, you need to contact them. The warranty begins when Apple sells it and it might have been on a shelf at a retailer for a long time.
