Warranty without receipt in the Philippines

Hi, i recently bought an Ipad 9th gen but there isn't a receipt available anymore as it was purchased from a reseller. I've brought it to powermac center in our province and said that it's a manufacturer defect so I need to get it fixed in the service center. However, they said that I need to have receipt despite my device being eligible for limited warranty. Can I possible still avail the warranty even without the receipt? Please help, thanks!

Have you been back to the store you purchased it to obtain a copy of the receipt? It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep the receipts but sometimes a helpful store can reprint a receipt if you know the date of purchase.

Failing that you might have some success if you set up a repair through Apple online in the Philippines.

First, find the serial number of your iPad then verify that your device is within the warranty period: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

Then go to iPad Repair and Service - Apple Support (PH) and follow the prompts. The aim of this is to get a repair authorisation from Apple which an authorised reseller will then honour.

Please report back with the good news that this has succeeded.
