Blue line
What happend to my messenger have a blue line. when i take a picture

Where do you see those lines using your camera? in all apps, or only using specific apps?
Should be the latter, contact those apps developer team and ask them.
Should be the former, it might be a hardware glitch (screen? other internal component?) but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
