Change your Password:

Create a strong password for your Apple ID, It is best if your password consists of eight or more characters and include upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number. You can also add extra characters and punctuation marks to make your password even stronger.

Never provide your password, passcode, security questions, verification codes, recovery key or any other account security details to anyone else. Apple will never ask you for this information.

Safari stops working?

Any error messages or diagnostics shown?

Update to iOS 15.6 (current), if you’re not already running that.

Does this Safari problem happen in one particular Wi-Fi network, or with cellular in one area, whether inside a building or in a particular neighborhood or valley or such? Or does this happen with both Wi-Fi and cellular?

Do you have an add-on VPN app, or an add-on “security” app, or Safari extensions? If so, remove those, restart, and try again.
