my screen is flickering and looks blue, what can I do? Is it going to die?

Screen goes black My screen will suddenly go black and I need to plug it in to get it going again even though there is plenty of battery left (e.g. just now 70%). Initial plug-in shows battery in the red but within 30 seconds or so, it starts up showing the battery power it had when it turned off. Any suggestions?
