Google email account error, won’t refresh and I can not get any new emails on my iOS. iPhone. Rebooting doesn’t help. How do I fix this w/o deleting all my emails?
Make sure that if you open your email account, on a computer, all your email message are there.
Then, if you're using Apple Mail App on your iPhone, delete that email account on your iPhone, restart the device, then re-add the same email account correctly.
If, on the contrary, you're using Gmail app on your iPhone, please contact Google support team.
