Safari is not working but If I go to Chrome it works perfectly

facing some text as another language I am facing an issue after starting to use safari that some text looks like from another language. how can I fix or use it? i have attached an image as well.

safari does not work with command w in other language. hi, after downloading version 12.6 when closing pages in safari (common w) it closes if the keyboard is EN. if it was in another language, AZ does not close it and takes a picture of the page, opens the email program and adds it there.
