If the new upgrade messed up my phone completely will you guys replace it? If my boyfriend has a iPhone 7 but he upgraded his phone and it stopped working completely saying he has no service even though he paid the bill what can we do to where we don’t have to pay for any replacements? Because it’s the update that messed up everyone’s phones which is not on our part.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
