Cannot download from App Store states I am disabled

I was trying to download an app and it states I am disabled from iCloud and the App Store? Very confused as I updated my new cc numbers etc

iPhone 11, iOS 15

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
