Key pitching in Garageband

I'm recording a song using garageband on the new Macbook pro that has a key change. When I change the key of my vocals, it changes it for the whole vocal track, and I can't seem to figure out a way to use a different pitch for the key change than the rest of the song. I've looked up and watched many tutorials and articles online, none of which have been helpful enough. I can't seem to find the follow song key option in the new version. Are there any solutions?
