Apple Gift Card has not been emailed yet.

I recently ordered the MacBook Air M2 16GB/512GB and i was told that a $210 CAD gift card would be sent to my email in 24 hours. I ordered the laptop on August 16. As it’s been more than 24 hours, i am wondering why the gift card has not been emailed to me yet. Please help!
