My phone has this problem of both earpiece and loud speakers working at the same time for example if you play a video or when the phone rings both speakers seems to be working at the same time what is the problem?

Bearing in mind that (looking at your device screen) only the right at the bottom is a speaker (the left one is a mic), check volume balance here:
Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual (drag the Left/Right Stereo Balance slider).
When done, restart your iPhone and test its sound.
