iPhone 11 boot loop and cannot enter recovery mode

Trust me, I've tried all the methods online and still can't get it to work. My phone still has plenty of storage, battery health is at 87%, no water damage or anything. The lock screen just randomly glitched out when I was charging, so I force restarted it by pressing volume up, volume down, and side button. Thought it would fix the glitch but that was my biggest mistake ever because it started boot looping with the apple logo ever since and I can't even enter recovery mode using itunes.

It only stops rebooting when it runs out of battery. I tried connecting the battery-less phone to my laptop with itunes open. A low-power icon showed up when it was connected, BUT itunes did not detect the phone or anything at all and I've tried entering recovery mode but the recovery mode symbol just never shows up!

And yes, my itunes is the latest version. I even turned off my windows firewall as recommended by other websites. I also use the original apple cable. Nothing. Works. Can someone please help?

Hi Naydeenat,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! You have done great steps so far. As your iPhone is still unexpectedly restarting with the Apple logo, you'll want to try to get the device into the recovery mode screen once more. To confirm, are you keeping the buttons held down while your device is connected to your computer? We ask as this is an important step to get to recovery mode as listed in the article below, specifically the section "If your iPhone turns on but gets stuck during start up":

If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen

  1. Connect your iPhone to a computer. On a Mac with macOS Catalina, open the Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes. Find out which macOS your Mac is using.
  2. Select your iPhone on your computer.
  3. While your iPhone is connected, follow these steps:
    • On your iPhone 8 or later, including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation): Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Then press and hold the side button.

4.Keep holding the buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.

5.When you get the option to restore or update, choose Update.

6.Your computer will download the software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode. Repeat steps 2-4.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
