Blocked number

I blocked a number on my iPhone but I get a notification when this number calls saying it has called but didn’t leave a message. I don’t want this notification. No other blocked number does this.

Hello, Walkingthedog.

Let's start off by checking the helpful steps in this article: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Make sure these are the steps you are following.

If that is correct, try these things which can help:

    1. Restart your iPhone.
    2. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
    3. Remove the number and add it back to your block list.
    4. Make sure that number is not listed in Allowed Notifications on your Focus settings: Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

Let us know if we can help with anything else at all or if this doesn't settle your issue. Thanks and have a fabulous day!
