Cannot Connect ExpanDrive to OS Monterey

When I try to connect remote drives (e.g., Box, Dropbox, OneDrive) using ExpanDrive, the drives do not appear on my desktop, even though I have selected the option for them to do so. In addition, the status box shows the drives as "Connecting..." rather than "Connected."
