Beats Studio Buds Random Cuts Out and Not Updating The Software
I purchased Beats Studio Buds from an authorized dealer in May 2022, but I heard random cuts while using the product. After many resets and this problem persisted, I sent it to the authorized dealer to be repaired, they did not replace the charging case of the earphone and sent it back with a new pair of buds. (Same charging case but new buds inside) But the same problem continues with new buds. When I searched the internet, I saw that the problem was experienced by many users right after the software update named 1B56 released in January 2022. Why is the software not being updated even though it has been almost 7 months and there are many users stating that they are experiencing this problem? If so, when will it be updated? There is no other choice but to update the software because even if it is changed the same problem persists.
