I want to cancel Pending deals in apple store

I want to cancel all pending transactions in my apple store purchase history.

I clicked pay to try a few more transactions because I discovered in the previous transaction it did not notify me to deduct my money even though the product was purchased successfully, I also checked all my bank accounts and no sign of deduction.

I tried to pay in another app to check if the app I'm using is faulty or Appstore Billing is faulty.

After looking up I found those payments showing pending status.

So I want to cancel them because I have no intention of buying them

P/s: On the first and second transaction I have enough money to pay for that transaction with Momo Wallet. The transaction is successful but I don't see the payment notification
