Apple mail client (Monterey version 12.5) on 2020 M1 Mac Mini is not pulling down all the mail from an MS exchange server.
Apple 2012 MacBook Air with its Apple mail client (High Sierra, 10.13.6) has no problem pulling down all the email from the MS exchange server.
Does MS Exchange Mail server not support multiple mail clients on multiple devices?

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.5.1 — I would start there.

I am on Monterey v.12.5.1 now.
However, I don't think this has to do with all the recent security fixes.
I think whitelisting now works differently with the new version of Apple mail that I am on since I transitioned from a much older OS and moved every thing over.
I think it is one of my filtering rules with the new Apple mail version that may be causing the issue. But I have to keep monitoring it to be sure.

Because that particular email message is in the web browser version of MS exchange and it is on my Apple MacBook air when I look at an older version of Apple mail, this issue seems to be confined to the Apple mail client in Monterey.
I rely on email for my business, so this is important for me to resolve.
12.5.1 caused my Mail issues, including Smart Mailboxes not working, and flagged emails not showing.
