I have a 11XR. The volume is so low that it’s very hard to here someone either with the phone at my ear or on speaker if I’m someplace where there is moderate noise, like in a store. Is there any way to get in volume increased?

I already turned everything up to max. The sound are okay. It’s only a problem when on a call.
Yes. The problem is low volume.
Assuming the volume buttons on the side doesn’t address it, if you visit Settings > Sound & Haptics, you can change the volume of the ringer & alerts. If that doesn’t help, there could debris on the speaker and/or earpiece that’s not making your calls audible enough.
