Mac OS is updated, I have no internal speakers and also can't connect to my AirPods

I have did a factory reset, einstalled Mac OS, reset the nVR. I have no speakers, I can connect to a blue tooth speaker but not to my AirPods. MacBook 12 inch 2017, os Monterey 15.1

If you can't hear sound from your Mac speakers - Apple Support



The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.5.1
