Is this type of battery drain okay for MacBook m1, I close all apps before putting it into sleep
3-4% in sleep.

Everything seems normal.
You don't have to close apps before putting it to bed. You don't have to do anything in particular. Just let it do its thing.

even now during 1hr sleep it lost 1% battery..

If this concerns you, turn off the computer rather than putting it to sleep or leave the computer plugged in.
@BobTheFisherman even in shutdown it looses 2-3% battery
Do yourself a favor and stop looking at your battery capacity. Really. When it needs to be recharged it will let you know.
