filter failed with EPSON L3256

How to fix with the problem printing error stopped 'filter failed'. This message suddenly appear on my EPSON L3256. I used macOS Monterey.

MacBook "filter" failed error when printing PDF I have a new M3 MacBook Pro, running macOS Sonoma 14.2.1. While printing PDF an error occurs "stoped - 'filter' - failed". This happens with both a networked printer at my office and my Canon MF6540 printer at home (so it's not a printer driver issue). Office documents (Word, PPT) print fine. It's only PDF that fails.
