I now have a mini floating keypad, while my full keypad has gone. It does not have the functions my full keypad has I.e When emailing I cannot change to bold or italics I cannot attach files, this is an absolute nuisance. I do not know why it’s changed or if I can change it back even.
anyone know what’s happened please?

You must have selected the Floating option by mistake from the "Keyboard" key.
Put your finger on the small bar at the bottom of the floating keyboard and drag it to the bottom of the screen until it expands, then let go. It should re-dock and expand into the full keyboard again.
