Help I am totally paralyzed as I changed providers via new sim with same iPhone and lost all my information. Is there a way to restore that info using my old SIM card?

The iPhone does not store any data at all on the SIM. The SIM is only used to connect to your cellular carrier.
Is there a way to restore that info using my old iPhone SIM card?
