How do I install UI Automator on Monterey

OK. So at some point I uninstalled the "Automator" app, thinking I'll never use it and to reduce distracting clutter (Windblows is just as bad you gotta uninstall apps like games to reduce distractions.)

So I open the App store thing, type in "Automator" and the stock apple app is not on top of the search results, nor is it in the search results anywhere. Can someone please give me the correct link (and for bonus points help me fix whatever is wrong with search on my mac-mini")

Just to be sure we're talking about the same thing, this?

You can't delete it or move it to the Trash. I suppose you could have moved it. Press command+space to bring up Spotlight Search and type in "Automator" to see if it was moved.

what is SIP? Um, I've never done anything to disable security.

Basically I don't recall uninstalling SIP, but just removing or moving stuff I never use. But Automator is gone. So it's a bit perplexing and now it makes sense that you cannot install it from the store, but why? surely Apple can push app updates and someone can use group policy or device management to push the app?

For some reason, the first time launch of the app was the problem. It opened the docs folder and did not start the UI proper. I rebooted (probably the cause of issue) and yes the app was not deleted, weird that now it actually prompted me with the "new workflow" instead of an empty folder today. So yes, solved.

All the guides I read now make sense since the app is actually running instead of just having a blank folder in front of me.
