Hi JimPyland,

To make sure we're on the same page, what is the exact message you see? Also, does it appear right at startup and then the iPhone will not proceed past it, or are you still able to use your iPhone?

Finally, if you haven't already, update your iPhone to the latest OS it is able to run. If the iPhone says you're out of storage, take a look over the tips below to update via a Mac or PC.

Let us know the additional details requested and we'll follow up from there.

Cheers!

The phone is still working as normal. I have done all updates when they come out and usually keep all apps updated. The message has only come up three times and appears to be random. I turned the phone off and back on but did not get the message. It seems as though it is a spam popup but I have never experienced this message before and I have owned this phone since new and it's a 6s plus. Yes, I know it's old but it has always worked well for me. As I stated before I an only using 72GB of memory out of 128GB capability. I just returned from Italy where I used an Italian sim card since it was 15 dollars vs. Verizon $100.00 limited plan. Maybe the Italian sim card told the phone the memory was different. Just a wild guess. Thank you for you followup to my question.
