You can use this link to first pick out the store and problem you are experiencing. You also have the option when you select the store to call the store number and make an appointment, or you can download and install the Apple Support app on your device and schedule an appointment that way. you also have the option to use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to speak with Apple Support and arrange for an appointment.
