Warranty problems

Hello, i took my iphone 12 pro max to my local apple service to fix it under warranty for more than one problem and after almost 3 weeks i got a reply from them that the speaker mesh is damaged and they have to charge me for a new display, i dont see any damage on it and the rest of the prblems they mentioned nothing about

warranty to case iphone Pro Max 13 I bought the silicone mag case for my iphone 13 pro max and the silicone is peeling off the edges already. (purchased at Jun 10, 2023) Does apple have a warranty on their cases that cover this? where Can I claimed the warranty?

No one is here from Apple on this user to user only forum. There's little anyone here can do for you. Other than that speaker grill looking really grody, it's hard to tell from a photo what they've determined.
