Warranty problems

Hello, i took my iphone 12 pro max to my local apple service to fix it under warranty for more than one problem and after almost 3 weeks i got a reply from them that the speaker mesh is damaged and they have to charge me for a new display, i dont see any damage on it and the rest of the prblems they mentioned nothing about

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16
