iphone 13 series display complaint more common manufacturing defect

I had my display gone without any mishandling.It happened immediately when attending a call.Its warranty has JUST past 2 month.when i went to service centre there was a long queue with similar complaint.Most were just out of warranty..i had told my entire problem with service team and they samy me to pay.its bad part to see and experience such a worst situation.

SO NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO COMPLAINT AND REACH THE VOICE OF THIS SADDENED MINDS OF IPHONE LOVERS TO HIGHER AUTHORITY [WHEN APPLE CARE ]TOO RISE THERE HAND HELPLESSLY.SO I TOO REQUEST EVERY ONE NOT TO TAKE APPLE 13 SERIES ANY MORE.
