iPhone 13pro White Display

I have iphone 13pro 128 gb white color and it's display got white after i updated the phone and when i went to iphone service centre they are denying to replace or to repair as they're saying that the warranty is over so we will not take the phone, you have to pay the amount of 27000rs to replace the screen but my question is why should i pay for this issue as this issue is from apple side we have updated the phone and this happened so who's fault in this ? Everyone is facing this issue why we are paying 1lakh rupees to buy this phone so that we get better service in future but this is how service centre behave with us they send us back after saying that talk with customer care if they will say then we will submit the phone and handover to banglore apple centre, so who will help us in this issue?

I got the same problem on 13 Pro. Just want to know whether the iphone display parts define as consumers parts right now.

The Apple advisor team asked me to wait everytime, the case was created since 2-Apr which over 3 weeks. The Apple become a sh it recently with poor management!

I will spread out my experience to anyone i know just don't purchase Apple anymore! It wholly sh it APPLE.
