Green screen issue

if anybody facing green screen issue in the iphone's due to update from u people, why the people has to suffer and why they shud pay the amount for screen replacement issue due to software update why people should suffer and why they shud pay if the warranty is not there for the iphone. That is purely bec of your software issue right? why all the phone companies becoming like this previously it was one plus now it is Iphone.. we have very good trust and loyalty for iphone, if this is the case then we will not use iphone also for sure i think.. once trust is broken it cant be replaced.. it takes ages to believe them again.

Whether it is Black Screen Death, White Screen Death, or Yellow Screen Death the process of reviving it remains more or less the same...


Experiencing random black/white/yellow screens and loading issues on your iPhone 14 Pro can be frustrating, but there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem. Here are some common solutions you can attempt:


  1. Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...
  2. If not resolved; please follow the steps in the following link for support with this issue: If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
  3. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
    1. Restart the device. That's it.
    2. Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
  4. Make sure you have the latest updates installed. Update using iTunes/Finder —> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support (IN)
  5. You still see a black screen after charging, force restarting, following the steps in this article.
    1. You see a black screen, but you can hear alerts, sounds, and vibrations.
    2. The screen remains black, but the device chirps when you unmute it and connect it to power.
    3. Your screen is on, but it doesn't respond when you tap, slide, or try other gestures. 
    4. You can't force your device to restart because a button is broken or stuck.
    5. Your device is stuck on the Apple logo, displays a solid color, or isn't recognized in iTunes.
    6. Contact Apple Support to set up service if you have any of the above issues:

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to reach out to Apple Support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your device model and iOS version.

Today I'm experiencing the same green screen issue on my 14 pro max. Consumers go for an iPhone with the confidence of the quality the product. Apple should come up with a solution since we pay a considerable amount for a mobile device. I use my mobile carefully & now I see so many people are facing the same issue. Apple should find a solution for their customers. Really frustrated as there is no update and revert from @Apple - I was asked to Pay (Indian)Rs 42000.00 for screen replacement - I need help on this from Apple as I am don't want to pay a single amt as its coz of the update tats happened.....

Bro apple is the worst choice of my life

I am currently on iphone 13 promax and my phone also had the same problem after the update and i was asked around 350$ for screen replacement.

i mean there was no damage to the screen literally nothing.

only the screen went all green and there was other person who fixed it for 50$.

what he did was he replaced my original display with the fake one.

now i am here typing this comment after the fix.

i know i wont get any apple service from now but i literally didn’t have the courage to ask that much money from my parents.


I HOPE APPLE IS WELL PROFITED FROM THE BUG❤️
