1100 does not appear on side, three is a some sort button looking square in look but it does nothing yet, I need ringer to work and I cannot make red bell slash go away and Ringer doesn't ring in incomin calls, Please Help?

1100 is not an Apple device.
no side button appears on 1100 for mute ringer, I really need to unmute
