Login error unnecessarily popping up and won’t let me access my account.

That’s apparently a DoorDash app. If that app is not working, restart the iPhone and try again. If that fails, remove the app, and re-download it from the app store, and try again.. If that fails, contact DoorDash support, as they know the app and their server status best.

Restart your Wi-Fi router. Past that… find an alternative app or service that does allow access.

What is the text of the error?
