Login not possible - empty error message - Windows iCloud client

Hi guys,


I have a strange error handling on one of the windows clients from a customer. After login it takes a few seconds then the attached error message pops up.



I have already uninstalled the iCloud program completely, restarted the PC and reinstalled the application.


The login on icloud.com works fine.


Do you have any idea/hint for me? What can we do?

You've done the best steps already to get this resolved. This might help if there are any issues with any security software or blocked connections: Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software - Apple Support


If there are no apparent conflicts, or it's still showing the same thing, the next thing to do is reach out to Apple directly for more help as they'd be better equipped to look into it with you: Get Support
