Original Iphone or pirate parts...??🤔

How can I check to see if my iPhone 7 and charge cable/charger is original? I know the battery isn't original as I picked it up in settings when I tried to check the battery life. I bought the phone from an acquaintance but I'm suspicious.. Some things just don't work as well as my iPhone 6s.. Eg the sound, touch screen and brightness.
