Strange static like colors on MacBook Pro screen

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro 13 in with Retina display. I was working on a few things on my laptop and went to move seats. I closed my laptop (not turning it off completely) and after I plug my laptop into the charger and open it up, I got red and whites vertical lines all over my screen, similar to static on a TV. I quickly took a picture of it. (see below) I believe I just moved my finger on the trackpad and it went back to where I had left off. I do have Apple Care, but I wanted to see if anyone else knows what this could be before I head to the Apple Store. I have Monterey 12.3.1 installed which is the most up to date at the time of writing this. The computer appears to be working fine now.
