Has anyone else had problems seeing their wallpaper after this update. Mine is barely visible now. I’ve turned off my phone thinking this would help. It didn’t.

It is washed out. Nothing is distinguishable. It looks like your screen does when you search for an app. Also, I have my phone on the brightest setting.
What does "barely visible" mean? Is it washed out, or too white, too black, too dim, etc.
