When streaming anything from Apple TV+ on Sony TV the sound periodically cuts out for a few seconds. This does not happen when streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime or Sky. Its really frustrating as every few minutes we have to go back a few seconds to try and catch what was said.

For issues with the Apple TV app on a smart TV, it may help to try resetting the app. This page can show the steps for that: Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support
1. In the Apple TV app, navigate to Settings.
2. Go to Reset, then select Reset.
Resetting the Apple TV app restores it to original settings and removes your personal information, TV shows, and movies from the smart TV.
Be sure to also try checking for any available updates for the TV being used as well.
