It is within certain fairly limiting constraints.
Be aware that Apple Devices are not generslly designed for multiple AppleIDs.
e.g. You can’t “swap” IDs back and forth on your iPad or iPhone.
Additionally, there’s no “merging” between AppleIDs … although they can be “family shared” together.
It’s generally “workable” with separate devices (e.g. a “personal” device and a “work” device; each with their own unique AppleID)
It’s a “non-starter” from a practical perspective if you want to use them both on a single device.
