Regarding apple account

I have created my apple account while I purchased iPad when I was in India.

Now I have moved to London (UK), purchased iPhone and using same account that I had created in India.

so my problem I am facing is, App Store doesn’t show few apps

how can I get these apps?

I tried changing region in my apple account but it didn’t work, looks like changing region is not allowed

please let me know how do I get these apps?
