Paid for ring tone but canned find it

I am still having problems putting a ringtone on my phone. I can see that I purchased and paid for it. I have option to play it, but not to download it. It seems like I downloaded the tone, but doesn’t show up in the download section. I have tried to purchase a ringtone before. I need help, thanks
