Error message "Data Problem"

I am not able to add my bookings to the Wallet, only result is error message "Data Problem". This functionality was correct in June.


Now I reinstalled booking.com application, it didn't help. I am able to store confirmations in pdf or picture format, but not to the Wallet. Internet connection is ok.

From what you describe, there is an error occurring when attempting to add information to Wallet from this third-party app. If you have completed all of the steps from If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open already, contacting the developer of the app for further assistance would be the next step. Learn how to do so at How to contact an app developer:


  1. "Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID."
