Photos Library.photoslibraryと写真アプリの違いについて
Macのデフォルトアプリに、Photos Library.photoslibraryと写真アプリがありますが、用途が違うのでしょうが、具体的にどのような使い方の違いなのでしょうか？

They are two parts of the same thing:
The Photos app is the software that manages the Library. Like the Music app manages the Music Library. You can't have one without the other.
