ShadowTrackerExtra

I downloaded pubg mobile and then i deleted it yesterday. Today, I reset my iphone and found shadowtrackerextra on my home screen, i deleted it from my home screen and then i reset my iphone again but shadowtrackerextra is still show on my home screen. How can i fix this?

First disable the Screen Time Restrictions, if any.

Settings > Screen Time > Contenet And Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > [Allow]

There are six possibilities

Delete an offloaded App
Delete an App from the Home Screen
Remove an App from the Home Screen - Will be placed in the App Library
Delete an App from the App Library
Delete an inbuilt App - Not feasible
Delete an inbuilt App with one feature - You do not get any options either (e.g. Magnifier)
