I have ALREADY checked that the NetFlix app is NOT in the “always allowed” section. However when it does the downtime, the other apps ARE blocked, HOWEVER Netflix is NOT blocked. PLEASE FIX this. Thank you

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Netflix app. Not sure whether that will resolve the issue however the trial may be worth it.

ONE time it was blocked like it was supposed to be...THEN I clicked on the Netflix app and clicked "ignore time limit" so it was unblocked THEN....... AFTER that event, the downtime NEVER blocked it again.
